Loyalty Guide: Radisson Rewards

Radisson Rewards is the loyalty program of the Radisson Hotel Group. More than 1.100 hotels are participating in the rewards program. The Radisson Hotel Group is having a hotel portfolio which reaches from upper midscale hotels like Park Inn by Radisson or Country Inn & Suites up to hotels in the luxury segment  like Radisson Collection.

Status Level and Member Benefits

The Radisson Rewards loyalty scheme offers 4 different levels with each specific benefits. An important note here, the benefits only apply if the overnight stay isn't booked by any third party company. The same counts for earning points. Overnight stays which has been booked through i.e. booking.com or Expedia don't receive any benefits and aren't qualified to earn points. 

Club status is the first of 4 levels. You receive the benefits of the Club status immediately after registration.



  • 10% discount on the overnight price when booking directly via the Radisson Rewards account, the mobile app, via hotline or by booking directly at the hotel
  • receive 20 points per eligible US$1
  • 5% discount on food and drinks in the restaurant, bar or room service
  • 2 bottles of water free of charge

The second level of the Radisson Rewards program is the Silver status which you reach after spending 6 stays or 9 nights within one year. Additionally to the benefits of the Club status you receive following benefits.


Additional benefits:

  • receive 22 points per eligible US$1
  • 10% discount on food and drinks in the restaurant, bar or room service
  • free room upgrade subject to availability
  • depending on availability, early check-in and late check-out

The Silver status is followed by the Gold status, which brings only little significant additional benefits than the Silver status. Gold status is obtained after 20 stays or 30 nights within a year.


Additional benefits:

  • 25 points per eligible US$1
  • 15% discount on food and drinks in the restaurant, bar or room service
  • Welcome gift in the room

The last and highest status of the Radisson Rewards Program is the Platinium status. You receive this tier level after spending either 30 stays or 60 nights in  hotels of the Radisson Hotel Group within one year. In addition to the benefits of the previous levels, there are these advantages.

  • 35 points per eligible US$1
  • 20% discount on food and drinks in the restaurant, bar or room service
  • including breakfast
  • Exclusive Platinum customer service

Earn Points

Over 1.100 hotels are part of the Radisson Hotel Group where its possible to earn points for overnight stays. As shown above every different status level gives you a different number of points per US$1  spent.  An eligible spend is the overnight stay and food and beverages you charge to your room account. 

There are also other opportunities to earn points to fill up your Radisson Rewards account. If you are living inside the United States you have to opportunity to apply for a Radisson Rewards credit card which offer a variety of further options to gain more points. 

There is also the opportunity to earn points by renting cards at Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Europcar, National or Sixt. Other chances to stock up your Radisson Rewards account are buying points or booking meeting and event facilities at hotels of the Radisson Hotel Group where you can earn 5 points per US$1 spent. 

Redeem Points

To use your points you got different opportunities. The best value you get probably by redeeming them on free award nights in hotels. Here you find a Hotel Directory with all hotels and the needed amount of points for an award night. For using your points on an award night you got 7 different categories of how much points you need to spend. The cheapest amount is 9.000 points for standard rooms and it goes up to 105,000 points for premium room awards.

If you don't have enough points ready to use then there is also a way to mix it and pay a part by points and a part by cash. 

Another option to use your points is by converting them into airline miles. 35 airline partner are participating in the program to convert points in a 10:1 ratio. Only SAS got a 7:1 ratio. 


All partner airlines: Aeroflot, Aeromexico, Aeroplan, AirAstana, AirBaltic, Asiana Airlines, Avianca, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates Skywards, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad, Finnair, Frontier, Gulf Air, Hainan Airlines, InterMiles, Japan Airlines, FlyingBlue, Kuwait Airlines, Latam, Malaysia Airlines, Oman Air, Pegasus Airline, Philippine Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Scandinavian Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines,Singapore Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Turkish Airlines and United Airlines.

Other possibilities to use your points are for example prepaid Visa or Mastercards, gift cards, a Priority Pass membership, 5 years of TSA PreCheck membership or Express Awards which you can redeem during your hotel stay like laundry, spa or room upgrades.
